Then you return, and all is well
You eat, and drink, and gaze
From the windows of Moulin St. Michel
Losing count of hours and days.
The sun retires, the stars come out
The frogs begin to chant and shout
A fish jumps up from water deep
But you don't mind ... you're fast asleep.

The Guide Rouge, in its wisdom, says
The sweetest part of France
Is on the banks of the Ouvèze
In the heart of belle Provence.
The waters sing and dance along
The sky is blue, the days are long
When you are hungry you can go
And shop for food in Entrechaux.
